1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and IndochinaMoto ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Booking and Payments

To book a tour, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the departure date. If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

4. Liability Waiver

Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.
